User Agreement

1. User Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for all activity performed through their accounts, systems, and licenses.
2. Account Security
Users must keep their login credentials secure and may not share premium licenses beyond permitted usage limitations.
3. Chat Image Share
Users may not upload illegal, infringing, hateful, pornographic, malicious, violent, or abusive content through phMonitor services.
Uploaded images may be temporarily stored on relay infrastructure for up to 90 days before automatic deletion.
4. User Conduct
- No harassment or abuse of other users
- No impersonation of phMonitor or its operator
- No interference with servers or infrastructure
- No malicious automation or spam
- No illegal activities using phMonitor services
5. Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice if users violate these agreements or misuse the services.
6. Feature Changes
Features, APIs, infrastructure, pricing, subscriptions, and services may change, be modified, or be removed at any time without prior notice.
7. Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use premium services.
8. Acceptance
By using phMonitor, users acknowledge and agree to all legal documents, including the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and User Agreement.
